Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Kerala Students Union (KSU) values its members and strives to offer the best possible experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for memberships and other purchases made via online and offline platforms of KSU.


Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after enrolling. You can cancel your membership within 24 hours of the initial registration for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours of registration will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If any benefits of the membership, product or services provided by the Kerala Students Union (KSU) have already been initiated or availed, cancellations will not be processed.

  • Refund Policy

  • Payments or fees associated with event-based services, products or one-time programs are non-refundable once the event or program has commenced or once the product has been used.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the membership registration.
  • Complaints and Discrepancies

    Kerala Students Union (KSU) is committed to addressing any complaints or discrepancies regarding our membership, products, and services in a fair and timely manner.

  • For any complaints or concerns, members can reach out to our Customer Care Section via Email or Contact Form.
  • In the event of a complaint or discrepancy, the decision made by the Kerala Students Union will be considered final. KSU reserves the right to review and resolve all issues internally, ensuring fairness and adherence to our organizational policies.
